In addition to our “English in Action Days” with native speakers at school in June, the three classes 3a, 3b and 3d spent two days in Salzburg. The first day started with a guided city walking tour to explore the most beautiful spots in Salzburg like the Mirabell Palace and Gardens and the Salzburg Cathedral.

In the exhibition at Mozart´s Birthplace the pupils learnt about the most important details of Mozart´s life.
Going bowling in the afternoon was definitely one of the highlights of the day. It was great fun to be in Salzburg´s biggest bowling alley! In the evening we enjoyed watching a movie in the Mozartkino in the city centre!
On the second day we explored Salzburg´s most famous landmark – Fortress Hohensalzburg. With its 1000 years of history it was worth a visit even though the weather was cold and rainy.

All the students and teachers had two awesome and funny days in Salzburg with the chance of improving the English language!
